Bayside is heavily involved in the Outer Banks community. We most recently partnered with Dare County Schools in their Career Development Internships initiative. This program offers high school students the chance to work part-time in local businesses to familiarize themselves with an industry and get actual hands-on experience before making a final choice about formal training in a community college or technical institute.
